Creation of a sharing and validation tool for packaging artworks, modeling of internal and external validation processes, construction of a product metadata model, and development of customized modules.

L’Oréal Luxe encompasses more than 26 brands, including 17 international ones such as YSL Make Up, Biotherm, Kiehl’s, and Lancôme. It is the division that generated the highest revenue for the group in 2021.

The division produces over 11,000 execution documents per year, constituting the largest volume of exchanges conducted by the group between its teams and external stakeholders: agencies, printers, suppliers.

The validation of printing documents, coordinated by the Marketing department, was exclusively done via email. The process was long, time-consuming, and prone to errors.

Each legal text change within a range triggers changes across all documents. Rapid identification and precise tracking of the affected references are therefore crucial.

The implementation of Loopz optimized the validation process within the division through 3 main initiatives:

1/ Centralization: Bringing together all stakeholders within a single tool, with clear and structured responsibilities and actions.

2/ Digitalization: Automating and streamlining workflows, associating comprehensive metadata with artworks, and facilitating integration with client databases and external stakeholders.

3/ Management: Definition of detailed KPIs, integration of complexity metrics, and budget tracking.
