The present Privacy Policy aims to inform users of the website www.loopz.com (hereinafter the “Site”) in a transparent manner of the policy of the company E FLOW (hereinafter “E FLOW”) concerning the processing of their personal data.
E FLOW acts in accordance with the provisions of the European Personal Data Protection Regulation 2016 /679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “GDPR”).

Purposes of processing
The User’s personal data is processed by E FLOW for the following purposes:
>For communication via the contact form or the support tab: E FLOW collects the User’s data in order to offer appropriate responses to messages sent by the User via the contact form or the support tab,
The legal basis for this processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures, E FLOW’s legitimate interest in improving its services and, where applicable, the User’s consent in the event of submission of his/her personal data without prior request from E FLOW.
>For Site navigation and improvement: E FLOW uses data collected to analyze Site activity and improve its offering.

Who is the User’s data recipient?
The User’s personal data is processed by E FLOW, a simplified joint stock company with share capital of €7,790, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 804 720 241, having its registered office at 92 boulevard Victor Hugo 92110 Clichy, in its capacity as data controller.
Data security
E FLOW, in order to guarantee the best protection of the User’s personal data, implements organizational, technical, software and physical data security measures to protect such personal data against alteration, destruction and unauthorized access.
Data storage period
Personal data stored by E FLOW is kept only as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The length of time the User’s personal data is retained varies according to the purpose of the processing.
In any event, personal data may not be kept for more than two (2) years.
At the end of this period, the personal data thus archived will be deleted from E FLOW’s systems and files and/or E FLOW will take measures to render it anonymous so that the User can no longer be identified from it.
Data may be destroyed at any time at the User’s request.

What rights does the User have?
The User has the following rights:

>The right to request deletion of data: The User has the right to request the deletion of personal information that E FLOW processes about him/her, which E FLOW will do subject to its legal retention obligations.
>The right of limitation: The User has the right to obtain the limitation of the processing of his/her personal data when he/she disputes the accuracy of his/her data, when he/she believes that the processing of his/her data is unlawful, or when he/she believes that E FLOW no longer needs to process his/her data unless E FLOW is unable to delete it due to a legal or other obligation or because he/she does not wish it to be deleted.
>The right to objection: the User has the right to object to the processing of his/her data by E FLOW. E FLOW will respect the User’s request unless the processing is justified by a legitimate reason in application of the regulations in force.

E FLOW reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If a change is made, E FLOW undertakes to publish the new version on its website.
